Company Tours
Tours of the company are offered to local schools, and – during certain events - to members of the general public. From planning and development to molds and production, these tours are a great way to find out just how a Tamiya product is developed and made. -
Tamiya Foundation Scholarship
Founded in 1995, the Tamiya Foundation Scholarship provides a grant to to students from local high schools to further their education. In 1997, an additional scholarship fund was set up in the Philippines in conjunction with the University of San Carlos and the University of the Philippines. -
Tamiya Concerts
Tamiya is an active patron of the arts, and regularly sponsors free-to-enter events held in Shizuoka, with the aim of making a wide variety of musical styles accessible to the general public.

The Tank Museum, Bovington
Tamiya is proud to share a long history of cooperation with the world-renowned Tank Museum in Bovington, England. The Tamiya Hall was opened in July 1990, with the aid of donations from Tamiya to the Museum. -
Promotion of Shizuoka as a Center of the World Hobby Industry
As part of initiatives to stimulate interest in the hobby industry, Tamiya holds a number of annual events such as the Shizuoka Hobby Show and the Christmas Festa. Tamiya is a key contributor to the Shizuoka Hobby Square, a cooperative entertainment facility near Shizuoka station.
